This two and a half hour workshop is for those just starting out on their yoga journey. This workshop will teach you the most common breathing techniques employed in a yoga class as well as common sequences and postures so you can do them safely and for your level.
You will be directed in learning good postural habits for moving through sun salutations as well as basic standing and seated postures. The teacher will also address any injuries or health conditions you may have and provide you with details of any modifications you will need to take as you move into regular classes on the timetable.
You will leave feeling confident in moving into a beginners class and may even be directed to go straight into the open class.
