Four-week meditation course suitable for those who are completely new to a yoga and meditation or those looking to go deeper. This course focuses on not only the benefits and goals of a regular practice but also the common obstacles and how to overcome them. You will be directed through a number of techniques that are accessible to even the most resistant meditators.

This course is listed as beginners level because the practices are simple – yet they are also profound. In this course we unpack chapter one of Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras as the handbook to meditation that it is. You will receive three different take-home techniques each lesson that are so accessible they can be done in a formal “sitting meditation” or simply throughout your day whenever you remember.

This course truly helps you integrate meditation into your everyday life so that you feel more centred and connected to a deeper sense of who you are.

Kelly began her meditation journey when she started working at the Nan Tien Temple fresh out of high school. She was drawn to the teachings and the practices kept her grounded and sane throughout her turbulent early twenties. In 2005 she became a qualified meditation teacher through Nature Care College under the tutelage of Louise Gilmore.

Her yoga teacher training and practice has influenced her teaching significantly and she now teaches meditation practices mostly from the tantric and hatha yoga traditions. She teaches the practices that have had the most profound and significant effects within her own life and this is what she hopes to share with her students.
