MONTHLY YOGA NIDRA PRACTICE
YOGA NIDRA IS HELD ON THE FIRST FRIDAY OF EACH MONTH
Yoga Nidra is a powerful yogic meditation practice that invites deep relaxation on the mental, physical and spiritual level. It is said that one hour of yogic sleep (Yoga Nidra) is equivalent to four hours of regular sleep. It provides the opportunity to reprogram our selves and create new patterns of thinking to create happier and more fulfilling lives.
Yoga Nidra is the perfect opportunity to relax every level of your being. We start with a very short series of gentle movements to prepare your body for the extended stillness of the practice (laying down). Please wear warm clothes, socks and bring a blanket to throw over you.
