This six-week beginners yoga course is the perfect way for you to build your practice on solid foundations and progress confidently into open classes with the established habit of consistent weekly practice. You will learn the common postures, sequences and breathing techniques of hatha yoga as well as how to modify to suit your range of mobility, strength and flexibility.

The weekend consists of morning meditation, two daily asana practices (hatha and yin), yoga philosophy and it’s practical application in your life and lovingly prepared, delicious whole food meals.
