This six-week beginners yoga course is the perfect way for you to build your practice on solid foundations and progress confidently into open classes with the established habit of consistent weekly practice. You will learn the common postures, sequences and breathing techniques of hatha yoga as well as how to modify to suit your range of mobility, strength and flexibility.
Thursday 1st February | 6:30pm – 8:00pm | $35 per person
Learn how to make the unconscious, conscious as Ben MacKinnon guides you through the yoga of dreams and the power of becoming awake whilst you sleep! Welcome the practice of lucid dreaming into your life and learn how to change limiting thought patterns and beliefs.
