Learn how to make the unconscious, conscious as Ben MacKinnon guides you through the yoga of dreams and the power of becoming awake whilst you sleep! Welcome the practice of lucid dreaming into your life and learn how to change limiting thought patterns and beliefs.
Starts Tuesday 6th February | 7:30pm – 9:00pm | $135 per person
Our four week meditation course provides 3 different techniques each week over four weeks. We will cover he obstacles to meditation, the benefits of a regular yoga practice (it’s beyond what you think) and focus on heart centred meditation techniques that are accessible throughout the day to even the most resistant meditator. This course will get you feeling centred, calm and connected to your most authentic self.

This six-week beginners yoga course is the perfect way for you to build your practice on solid foundations and progress confidently into open classes with the established habit of consistent weekly practice. You will learn the common postures, sequences and breathing techniques of hatha yoga as well as how to modify to suit your range of mobility, strength and flexibility.
