Have been thinking about starting or returning to regular yoga practice? Why not start off with our Intro offer for new students! We give you two weeks to test out the timetable, try as many classes as you like and work out how you can best fit yoga into your life.
This four week course is designed for beginners to establish strength and flexibility through regular and consistent practice of the basics over a 28 day cycle. This beginners course pass provides unlimited access to our Hatha basics, yin yoga, and yoga nidra classes, a 30 minute private yoga session (for a limited time only) and a 15 minute wellness consult to establish a practice program around your lifestyle and goals.

Come and experience two hours of restorative yoga (Iyengar approach) and give your body and mind a new baseline of relaxation. Restorative yoga can be used for a number of different conditions and ailments but we will be catering this practice to mental and physical fatigue with the idea of completely relaxing the nervous system and rejuvenating the body, mind and spirit.
