Friday 14th – Sunday 16th September | $625 per person earl-bird or $710 full price
The weekend consists of morning meditation, two daily asana practices (hatha and yin), yoga philosophy and it’s practical application in your life and lovingly prepared, delicious whole food meals. It is the perfect opportunity to get a sense of the cumulative effects of regular yoga practice in a distraction free environment.

The event includes a cooking demonstration, mindful eating talk (with meditations which will create health and wellbeing) and all sorts of nourishing, delicious gluten free tasters right from the pages of her new book!
