Have been thinking about starting or returning to regular yoga practice? Why not start off with our Intro offer for new students! We give you two weeks to test out the timetable, try as many classes as you like and work out how you can best fit yoga into your life.
This intro offer is designed for beginners to establish strength and flexibility through regular and consistent practice of the basics over a 21 day cycle. This beginners course pass provides unlimited access to our Hatha basics, yin yoga, and yoga nidra classes, a 30 minute private yoga session to help tailor the practice to your needs and a 15 minute wellness consult to establish a practice program around your specific needs and goals.
