1.5hr Open Hatha: Happy Hips leading to Prana Dharana Meditation
The meditative focus for this class is building a deep sense of gratitude for your breath whilst the physical focus is hips and twists. A great class for any lower back niggles or for those seated too long at work. Expect to work through a few rounds of Surya Namaskar C, move into twists and deep hip openers and finish with a 15 minute meditation practice of Prana Dharana in place of Savasana.

This 90 minute open hatha flow practice both starts and finishes with Viloma Pranayama and asks you to use the breath the brighten and expand the inner body. Expect to strengthen the back and work through standing poses, Vasthistasana and variations of Hero’s pose.
