1hr Hatha Basics: Cultivating Presence & Letting go of Resistance into Camel
This is the one hour basics version of our class on cultivating radical presence and persistent gratitude. We take a bit of time to set up the activation of the core (the gentle corset) as well as some range of motion and opening through the shoulder girdle. We then work towards practicing Camel posture or Ustrasana (pictured) at the wall.

This 90 minute open hatha flow practice both starts and finishes with Viloma Pranayama and asks you to use the breath the brighten and expand the inner body. Expect to strengthen the back and work through standing poses, Vasthistasana and variations of Hero’s pose.
