Practice Podcast: Mantra and Meditation Practice – Maha Mrityunjaya

by | Jun 28, 2018 | Mantra, Meditation, Podcast, Yoga | 0 comments

This 25 minute meditation practice includes an introductory practice of Prana Dharana to prepare you for mantra practice. This was recorded out our most recent Asana Pranayama Mantra Meditation intensive where we worked with the Maha Mrityunjaya Mantra.
Whilst it is important to have the mantra annunciated for you by a teacher in order to receive it correctly – you will still receive the beauty of the practice by listening and practicing through the recording. The Maha Mrityunhaya mantra is powerful mantra for healing (found in the Rg Veda) that supports your growth and lifts you in times of trouble.
