Please note that we are a cashless studio and don’t keep change on site. If you wish to pay in cash, please ensure you bring he correct amount or you can make payment via eftpos in studio or via the website.
Our intro offer is a great way for new students to get a feel for the studio and work out the teachers and classes that suit their schedule.
Come along and try three classes for the price of once within your first two weeks. Get a feel for the studio and our teachers (hopefully you’ll fall in love with us) and then choose your best attendance option from there! Simply visit the customer area and sign up online or in person at the studio using cash or eftpos.

MONTHLY YOGA NIDRA PRACTICE
YOGA NIDRA IS HELD ON THE FIRST FRIDAY OF EACH MONTH
Yoga Nidra is a powerful yogic meditation practice that invites deep relaxation on the mental, physical and spiritual level. It is said that one hour of yogic sleep (Yoga Nidra) is equivalent to four hours of regular sleep. It provides the opportunity to reprogram our selves and create new patterns of thinking to create happier and more fulfilling lives.
Yoga Nidra is the perfect opportunity to relax every level of your being. We start with a very short series of gentle movements to prepare your body for the extended stillness of the practice (laying down). Please wear warm clothes, socks and bring a blanket to throw over you.
