HELPFUL HINTS FOR ATTENDING CLASSES
If you haven’t attended the studio before (or since we implemented the new booking system) you will need to first purchase a casual class, intro offer, multi-pass or membership. Sign up for an intro offer below or a casual class here.
Once you are logged in, you will see your name up the top right hand corner of the timetable window. You can click on your name and a window appears so you can view your contact details, membership details, update your headshot etc.
Please note that we are a cashless studio and don’t keep change on site. If you wish to pay in cash, please ensure you bring the correct amount or you can make payment via eftpos in studio or through the website.
Please arrive to class 5-10 minutes early. The door will be locked 5 minutes after class starts and no one will be let in from that time. If you arrive a few minutes late to class please just sit quietly on the couch and refrain from rolling out your mat until the original centreing part has finished and the class has begun to move.
Have been thinking about starting or returning to regular yoga practice? Why not start off with our Intro offer for new students! We give you two weeks to test out the timetable, try as many classes as you like and work out how you can best fit yoga into your life.

MONTHLY YOGA NIDRA PRACTICE
YOGA NIDRA IS HELD ON THE FIRST FRIDAY OF EACH MONTH
Yoga Nidra is a powerful yogic meditation practice that invites deep relaxation on the mental, physical and spiritual level. It is said that one hour of yogic sleep (Yoga Nidra) is equivalent to four hours of regular sleep. It provides the opportunity to reprogram our selves and create new patterns of thinking to create happier and more fulfilling lives.
Yoga Nidra is the perfect opportunity to relax every level of your being. We start with a very short series of gentle movements to prepare your body for the extended stillness of the practice (laying down). Please wear warm clothes, socks and bring a blanket to throw over you.
Use your standard multi-class pass or membership to attend this session.
