Four-week meditation course for those who are completely new to a yoga and meditation. This course focuses on not only the benefits and goals of a regular practice but also the common obstacles and how to overcome them. You will be directed through a number of techniques that are accessible to even the most resistant meditators.
This course is very much introductory level meditation and while the longest meditation you will do in this course is just 10-15 minutes, the majority will be just 5-7 minutes. The course includes meditation, journalling and reflection.
