Join Meisha on Sunday afternoons from 3:30pm for an hour and a half of Yin Yoga. Yin is all about gentle stretching, long holds and lazing on top of bolsters and blankets – all whilst being tuned into your breath and body. It is the perfect compliment to any fitness regime and a great way to get a head start on the week that follows.
To celebrate the launch of this awesome yoga offering we are offering a five-week yin pass (for a limited time only). Due to a set number of props, numbers will be limited for this class so bookings are essential.
Classes commence on Sunday 25th June at 3:30pm.
