Join Kelly Ryan and guest teacher, Shell Whitbread on retreat in the Blue Mountains this coming Spring Equinox.
Come away with us as we ground ourselves in the cosiest of clifftop retreats in the stunning bush lands of the Blue Mountains. A little while ago we were practicing with the theme of coming to rest in your peace before acting on your next calling. That is exactly what we are inviting you to do on this very special and intimate weekend getaway.
Our retreats are a beautiful blend of time spent in stunning natural surrounds, bush walks, yoga & meditation philosophy & practice, time to relax, rest, read, explore or just do whatever the hell you like! We believe as a culture we have lost the art of giving ourself time to just be, to slow down and replenish – and that is what we hope to offer you on retreat.
Wether you are an experienced yogi or fresh on the mat, we will ensure you receive all the support you need to truly relax and take what you need from this weekend.

This weekend has been carefully designed to help you get away from the busyness of life, throw away your to-do list and cultivate a sense of peaceful homecoming that fills you from the inside out.
This retreat is a time for you to slow down, catch your breath, balance your nervous system and welcome a renewed sense of inspiration and joy for your life. You will be provided the practices and the space to reconnect with yourself and nourish yourself from the inside out.

KELLY RYAN, PRINCIPAL TEACHER
Kelly is hatha and vinyasa trained, has been practicing yoga regularly for over 14 years, teaching for 6 and studied with inspirational teachers both locally and oversees. Her teachers have included Nicole Walsh of InYoga and Noah Maze and she passionately teaches alignment based hatha through the tantric lineage.

SHELL Whitbread, Yin Yoga Master
Shell has an infectious life-loving, laughter-inducing, personality and her deep care for her students and her passionate love of yin are palpable when you attend her classes. Shell’s beautifully nurturing adjusts are a talking point among her regular students. She prepares and delivers her classes with great care and knowledge of the slow and meditative practice of Yin Yoga and combines them artfully with her love of essential oils.
