Partner your studio sessions with yoga at home!

Would you like to start a home yoga practice yet whenever you roll out your mat you aren’t quite sure where to begin?

Don’t worry you are not alone. Even for new teachers starting out – developing a home practice can be a challenging part of the journey. Yet pairing your studio practice with the support of self-led home time on your mat is where you will see tremendous transformational shifts in your practice.

This workshop will help you understand the basics of sequencing in order to establish a safe and effective home practice. We will cover setting and achieving goals in your practice, cultivating discipline and creating a sacred space.

You will also receive practice notes of the basic warm-ups, asanas and pranayama (breathing techniques) to help you prepare your own sequences to match any time schedule.
