A PRACTICE FOR INSPIRATION & POSSIBILITY

Inner body bright! A prana vayu practice for inspiration & possibility.  At a time when our circumstances could easily leaving us feeling a sense of contraction internally it’s a beautiful time to use the inspirational power of the inhalation combined with backbend to create a sense of expansion, energy and confidence. 
 
The practice culminates with a practice of nadi shodana & bhastrika pranayama and will leave you feeling energised for your day.

About the teacher 

Kelly Ryan

Kelly practices and teaches yoga for the seemingly magic way it manages to align her with a fuller, richer and more vibrant way of being in the world. Through a dynamic hatha yoga practice, as well as meditation, mantra & pranayama – she aims to help her students feel more aligned with their own sense of potency and purpose.

Kelly is hatha and vinyasa trained, has been practicing yoga regularly for over 14 years, teaching for 8 and studied with inspirational teachers both locally and oversees. She enjoys sharing a strong alignment based flow class with a focus on attuning to the energetics of our yoga practice.
