Not one of us are immune to experiencing self-limiting beliefs from time to time…

“I can’t”

“I’m not good enough”

“I need more..knowledge, weight loss, muscles, money etc”

These stories/beliefs arise from fear and disconnection and can at times become so persistent they can inhibit our capacity to respond effectivly to the moment.

Yoga says when we stop identifying with our thought patterns, we discover that we are complete and whole. Instead of striving and pushing through, we are enough by being ourselves. How amazing is that? 

This workshop is all about gaining the tools to gain freedom from limiting thought processes and access this sense of wholeness.

In this workshop, we will :

  • Discuss why yoga thinks we are enough and why our minds think not
  • Explore yogic tools of contemplation, meditation and self inquiry practices  that help us to dis-identify with our minds
  • Use story telling to colour in this yogic framework

PENNY BARBER

Penny’s personal sadhana is about reverence. Subtle potent practices of storytelling, breath and meditation lead her through an inner heroine journey. This ancient science of yoga, a pathway for awakening to sacred joy. Penny has been lucky to train with many phenomenal teachers and is grateful to be able to share the practices gifted to her.

Class  is an opportunity for people to explore traditional tantric practices that invite access  to deeper meditative states and see if vibrant wholeness and deeper appreciation of the present blooms.
