TWO HOUR MASTER CLASS TO ACCESS THE TRANSFORMATIVE POWER OF THE SOLAR PLEXUS THROUGH ASANA, PRANAYAMA & MEDITATION.
Join us for our September Monthly Members Workshop where we will dive into the energetics of transformation. This two hour masterclass will focus on the naval centre, or solar plexus and it’s relationship to helping us access powerful change and inspired growth in our lives.
Just like the abdomen houses the bulk of the digestive system and the effects the way we take nutrients from food; it is equally associated with the experiences we consume on a day to day basis and our ability to “digest” and integrate the prana, energy or wisdom from those experiences.
This class will include asana and pranayama to enliven the solar plexus as well as a little relevant philosophy and meditation.
This masterclass is not suitable for people completely new to yoga. You must have a regular practice or at least be comfortable with the basic postures of Hatha Yoga and be comfortable with the basic breathing practices.

ABOUT YOUR TEACHER
Kelly practices and teaches yoga for the seemingly magic way it manages to align her with a fuller, richer and more vibrant way of being in the world. Through a dynamic hatha yoga practice, as well as meditation, mantra & pranayama – she aims to help her students feel more aligned with their own sense of potency and purpose.
Kelly is an Anusara Elements teacher and her classes have a strong focus on the Anusara Universal Principals of Alignment for a safe and inspired approach to alignment that helps students feel a sense of strength, vitality and freedom in each posture. She weaves inspirational heart centred themes throughout, using all the techniques of the tantric hatha yoga system (asana, pranayama, bandha, meditation) in order to take her students on a life-affirming journey that sparks both inner and outer transformation.
